Order Processing

All orders are shipped within 2 business days from our warehouse in Dubai. Please note that processing times may be longer during holidays, product launches, limited-edition releases, and promotions.

Please keep in mind that estimated delivery times are guidelines and may be affected by payment authorization, customs clearance, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Order Cancellations

Unfortunately, we cannot accept cancellations once an order has been dispatched. If a shipment is undeliverable due to reasons such as refusal to pay import taxes, incorrect addresses, or multiple failed delivery attempts, the package may be abandoned at the recipient’s expense. We also cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Taxes & Duties

We ship all items delivery duty unpaid (DDU). This means that international packages may be subject to local taxes, customs duties, and fees imposed by the destination country, known as Import Fees. These charges are not included in the order total and are the responsibility of the recipient.

If you choose to refuse a shipment from Authentica World, you will be responsible for the original purchase price, shipping charges, any incurred Import Fees, and the cost of returning the package.

Professional / Dry Cleaning

For stubborn stains or extensive cleaning, for the items marked with "DRY CLEANING ONLY" consider taking your linen garments to a professional dry cleaner experienced in handling natural fibers. Dry cleaning can be a safe option for linen garments with intricate details or embellishments, as it reduces the risk of shrinkage and preserves the fabric's integrity.

Air Dry

After washing, reshape your linen garments and hang them to dry in a well-ventilated area away from direct sunlight. Avoid using the dryer, as high heat can shrink or weaken the fabric.
